I went to taco bell to get their tasty chalupa, and when I got there they said. sorry sir we dont make them anymore...

arghhhh why do they have to keep changing their specials?? last time they did this to me was their spicy chicken burrito.....

well at least their food is super cheap... and also quite good...

what?????? i thought their new commercial was all about going clubbing at taco bell.

chalupa clubbing that is 😛

which sucks btw.

I started enjoying those Bean Rice and Cheesey Burritos or whatever they were called for 99 cents, then they stopped making them.

Some of the best mexican fast food I ever had was a place called Que Bueno, located inside Denver International Airport of all places.

No more chalupas???? I had one not too long ago! I'm glad I did, if this is true! Oh noes!

Yeah I hate when Taco Bell gets rid of my favorites, but still keeps stupid stuff on the menu.

^ Ya got that right mister.
The local Taco Bell never had chalupas....claimed they couldn't justify the cost of the frier. May the owner burn in Mexi-american hell. :disgust:

I can guarantee that they could justify the cost of that frier. They have to have some kind of frier as we fry our own chips, taco salad shells, cinammon twists, and pizza shells. I know that we can order prefried chips, but I don't think we can order the rest of the fried items in that list, and the last frier we bought was under a $1000, so it is not that big of a purchase for the store, and they would sell more chalupas than they would believe if they carried them.
Also, for any who may care, some of the Taco Bells are getting the cheesy bean and rice burrito back, it just won't be at the 99 cent price, probably around $1.49 or so. The store I am a shift manager at is getting a 99 cent menu here shortly and we will be adding fried apple pies and fried potato slices to the menu.
Well, I am fixing to have to head into work, and be stuck there till around 1 AM, maybe one of the other guys will show up with some liquor, like last night..., wait did I say that😀😀

What can I say? Some jobs are actually that horrible - that one has to drink alcohol to make it through the shift.

Ditto here... 750 calories of pure goodness. Throw down a Meximelt to close the deal. Perfect 1000 calorie meal right there.

The worst thing is that they got rid of tostadas, the best item on their menu.

Actually the best and only good thing on their menu is Coke

Unfortunately, Taco Smell doesn't serve Coke products in their establishments. 😉

Only, Pepsi products are on the menu.

That's cause they are owned by Pepsi.

taco bell is ok if u eat it occasionally and not too often. However, Taco Bueno owns all. Too bad there are none in Austin. Taco Bueno > Taco Cabana > Taco Bell.

MUCHACOS!
