I have an opportunity to get FREE Elton John tickets for his show tonight which is about 1.25 hours away from where I live. The tickets are the radio station promo ones, which are given to all the reps, and are probably in the first ten rows on the floor. In other words, they are excellent seats. The best in the house. My father is all for me going to the show, but my mother is worried about me driving home 1.25 hours at night.
How can I convince her to that it will be okay? I will be driving with a friend, and both of us have had our licenses for over a year. We're both 17, almost 18.
