Argh, Yahoo mail sucks

Yahoo mail blocks a lot of spam, but it seems to often block important things as well. I always get spam mail in my inbox every day. Today i just noticed that Paypal has been trying to contact me as well, and given me a short time to reply, and i had to dig through my bulk mail folder to find it. If i didn't log into my paypal account i would never have known about them trying to contact me. Paypal sucks as well though come to think of it.

Anyways, I think i'm going to switch to Gmail full time, is Gmail better or is it very similar?

I have Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, and Gmail as my everyday email addresses. Gmail is definitely the best. In my order of preference:

Gmail - have yet to get spammed, at all
Hotmail - they used to be real bad with spam... but their filters rock now... only about 10 spam messages get to my inbox nowadays
Yahoo Mail - their filters are absolutely horrible for me. In addition to actual spam mail which gets correctly routed to "bulk mail", I get TONS of spam in my inbox. They may as well not have any spam filtering done at all.

The most interesting part is I sign up for all kinds of stuff using my Hotmail address alone, yet Yahoo is the one that gets bombed.

I've been using Yahoo mail for years and almost all spam goes to the bulk folder. I rarely get spam in my inbox. Gmail is OK for me, but the UI hasn't grown on me yet...
