be thankful if you have a job. there are quite a few unemployed people out there.

We don't have any set time to come in. Our flex hours enable us to get to work
preferably before ten and work eight hours plus 30 minutes for lunch.
Many people comes in around 5 am and leave at 1:30 pm and there are some who
prefer to come in late in the morning so they don't have to fight the traffic and
leave late in the evening.

One of the perks about the company that I work for is, come 5 on Friday, you HAVE to go home. No exceptions. And absolutely no working on Saturdays or Sundays. (they even pay you for your time that you don't work on the weekends, to encourage you to take a break.)
