I've been trying to sign up for a c2it account, but it turns out that, despite the fact that you can "send money to over 100 countries across the world", you have to be a US citizen to be a member. This is BS! I've heard from some people how it's better or as good as paypal, but it has one obvious shortcoming that totally infuriates me as a Canadian, and neighbor to the US. Looks like good-old paypal (transaction fees and all) for me
