ARGH... What ta do?

You live in an apt complex and the person that parks next to you has an old beater (a POS Corolla) that they seem to like to scrape the side of your new 2002 car with as they pull out. You know it's them and they've scraped your rear and front already.
It's not me since my car is a garage queen... it's my friends 2002 Accord.
He says he's going to confront them about it, what should he do and how should he go about it... he wants some sort of reparation to fix the scrapes.

If they are driving a beater they are probably not just going to hand over hundreds of dollars so your friend can have half of the panels on his new car re-painted. Until you have some real evidence, i.e. videotape, they probably will not pay a dime.

You've got a few options:

1. You can try and catch them in the act to ring to the Police Department
2. You can play "Which tire should I bust today?"
3. You can play "I wonder if they can get into their car if I cover their locks with gum?"
4. You can put bird seed all over the car so the birds can attack it.
5. Finally, you can kick the sh-t outa them

I vote option 4...and if I get to pick two, i'd go with 1 as well...make them face John Law
