Does anyone know why my 1.33 Athlon would report an AGP clock of 88 MHZ and a Memory clock of 66MHZ?

I am running at vcore of 1.55
(2)Pc133 256 MB CAS 3 32x4 Dimms= 512MB
K7t Turbo Mboard.
I havent overclocked anything.
