I can't find a video card to buy. Looking to spend around $100-150, but would like to keep it lower. My main concern is having Video out AND video IN and I don't care as much about game speed as I do video editing. I want to be able to play Max Payne and such, but mostly I care about video inputs. Thanks for any help in advance. -TAL
