Argh... paypal shipping

Buyer sends me money from a confirmed address.... Go to print the label and it says the Address differs from what the Post Office Recommends (they recommend I exclude the +4 from the zip). So i edit the address (removing the +4) and try again, same error, except now the address looks exactly the same as where i'm shipping to.

WTF.

i go to the "real" DHL office, it is only a couple miles from my office building
