story-

i was at a 4 way stop with lights. the side opposite of me got the green arrow so i was waiting for my side to turn green. finally it turned and i started to go and some A-hole on the other side decided he still had a green arrow and pulled at and i would have ran into him if i didnt stop.. i slammed on my branks and layed on the horn, and HE gives ME the finger. i was so mad i wanted to shoot his car or something....if only i had a gun 😉
 
maybe he was just waving at you to apologize.
