Does anyone know any over the counter drugs to help me sleep? I've been having trouble getting to sleep lately and I don't know why but need to sleep. It's screwing up my whole sleep cycle.

Go into the highly technical section, and demand someone explains to you exactly how AMD strain silicon. And then also, the architecture of the 45nm chip, and then, see if you can count how many 45nm chips it would take, side by side, to draw the word sleep in 36point font.

Depending on your situation (job...school....unemployed.....on holiday/vacation) you could just try staying up one entire night, like, missing out one nights sleep. Should get you niiiice and tired, ready to collapse into bed at like 9 the next night. You didn't say it had to be healthy.

Strictly on topic, I don't know any over the counter drugs that can help you sleep, however I'm confident that the chemist/pharmicist/clerk who may work behind the counter would be happy o point you in the right direction if you asked them.

i use cvs brand sleep aid OTC. its lke $6 for a bottle of 32 pills compared to a brand name version that will cost about $10 for the same amount.
just go to any drug store and you will find several brands/versions of sleep aid drugs. they usually all have the same drug/ingredients, so buying generic brands will save you money.
