ARGH...I am a MORON....and screw the USPS

i ordered something online and wrote the wrong address, must have typed it fast and missed a number.

well it was supposed to be delievered yesterday and wasnt, so first thing this morning i went down there and thats when i noticed the error...well the dumb woman wouldnt even look for the package because it isnt an address in their jurisdiction...even though the zip code was fine and thats how they sort which post office it goes to

they told me they probably just returned it to the sender.

but it pisses me off cause they wouldnt even look...

now i gotta go pick it up at the store since it was for a present
then when the company gets it back (assuming they do, otherwise its $50 down the drain) have them send it to me again
then return the items they shipped to the store (its cheaper online because of a coupon)

Go back and talk to the USPS station manager calmly. If you do that professionally (go up to the counter and ask to speak to the station manager politely), they may try to help.

If they can not find it, then you have no choice but to use your other identified options. A Zipcode was provided, the location was incorrect. Not anything the PO has to do about it.

The sender sent it where you requested. You can contact the compnay and cancel the order or provide the proper address this time
