argh, caffeine withdrawal again!

About a year or so ago I gave up caffeine after drinking way too much of it every day. I went through some pretty horrible withdrawal symptoms - migraines, fatigue, bad muscle aches - which kept me home from work a couple days it was so bad. I swore I'd never get addicted to the stuff again.

Now fast forward a year and apparently I've been overdoing it and noticed I was addicted once again. I quit drinking it last week and just had some minor headaches the last several days, so I assumed it wasn't going to be too bad this time. Then I wake up today and my whole body is sore, sore throat, tired as hell. So I'm back to popping excedrin, which has caffeine in it, to help get me through the day.

Caffeine is evil.

I drank two cups of coffee every day for four weeks, then one day I forgot to get my coffee and I thought, "Hey, I haven't had my coffee today. Oh well, lunchtime!"
