Due largely to Google's linkage=rankage system, I can't get two websites of my client's to be spidered by google at all. They've been submitted, and I think have been spidered once, but nothing since then. They are both the "official" sites for their particular field -- selling high rise condos for the Krystle Sands development in Las Vegas.

I designed one of them, and the other was designed by a different developer, but I host it and maintain it. Any advice? The search criteria we're trying to get ranked for is Krystle Sands (very specific), but other condo/highrise searches would be nice as well.

The sites:

http://www.krystlesands.com <--- official site, designed by someone else.
http://www.lasvegasluxuryhighrises.com <--- site for official selling agents, designed by me.

-----

Update (07/17):

Ok, update: anyone know why a site would just disappear from Google one day? Both of the sites I was working on were spidered frequently, up until the 12th of July, and now are completely gone from Google. :(

I've heard that Meta Tags aren't even used anymore because of the rampant cheating that goes on when people try to raise their search rankings.

On every domain I have, I put a page that links to all of my other domains. Then I submit those pages to google. It'll get you listed, getting your rank up is kind of harder. :)

You have to put links to those sites on other sites, like WIKIs, weblogs and homepages.

I know a thing about search engine rankings. google for jessica simpson's boobs. You'll see my site #1! one of my prouder accomplishments.

What I've learned, it is all about page titles relating to content and updating the site content frequently.

ATOT is crawled by Google, so just stick it in your sig for a while, or stick a link to the links in your sig.

Did you know, even if you just have lots of junk words in your HTML that don't actually show up, Google will have your site listed under that word? On Offtopic.com, there's a guy who was talking about how he made up a <holla> tag to use with a PHP script he wrote, and he had a lot of those tags in there, and so now when you search for "holla" on Google, his site is on page two, even though it has nothing to do with "holla". :D

Hey, they aren't called luxury condos for nothing. :)

It's built right at the current location of the Algiers -- right on the strip. I'd love to have one, just to rent you could clear $200 a night during busy times...but not enough cashola right now. :D

Yeah, I knew that -- I don't want results by spamming though. :)
