Argh! Any Direcway users out there able to use BitTorrent?

This is driving me freakin' insane. We recently moved to a very remote area, and we had a Direcway satellite connection installed. Two actually, we have a lot of computers. Each connection has a Netgear RP614 v3 router on it.

Now generally, it's fine. We have to brush snow off if it comes down enough, but other than that it's all good. But tonight I tried to crank up Azureus (and also tried BitTornado), and ....it just doesn't work.

I tried several ports in various ranges, tried both port triggering -and- port forwarding, I tried UPnP...all yield the same results. I even tried disconnecting the router and plugging the satellite modem directly into my computer and I still get the same thing.

The specific problem: Azureus can't get outside connections. For those who use this BT client, my NAT light is currently showing red (firewalled), though it's shown green (not firewalled) and still not gotten any traffic. I also have a yellow 'DHT Firewalled' light showing... this never leaves, ever. This seems to be the center of the problem...I can't get past that.

I've checked my satellite modem settings (I have the DW7000), and from what I've seen nothing is changeable that would effect this. So I'm thinking it's one of two things:

-Direcway has tons of ports blacklisted, and I just haven't happened on one that isn't yet
...or:
-They have something in place to just plain block torrents (if this is possible).

Or, I could just be stupid.

Can anyone help me out here?

You know, now that I think about it, a lot of things aren't working right:

-Xfire won't log in
-mIRC gives me a "[10053] Software caused connection abort" error
-Outlook Express can't connect to my mail server

And, hell....two other computers, one on the second network, are both doing the exact same thing.

Crap. I think my sister's anime habits just got our connection throttled.

I think you answered your own answer. I would give them a call and tell them that someone tapped into your unsecured wireless network and now you got it fixed and want full access back. Just an idea.
