So far, I've enjoyed using Amazon.com. But, I decided to order a text book from Amazon.com because they had the softcover edition (or so I thought) for $30 instead of $103 which I would have to pay at a local store. But, when I ordered this text book, they sent me the Solutions Manual for the problems in the book I was trying to order. So, I went through their automated returning process. Well, the only options were for me to return the book at my cost (because I made a mistake because everything they do is perfect) or to say it was defective. Well, I said it was defective because the item did not match the description (though I commented that in but it was not an option). So, they sent me another solutions manual.

How the hell do I speak to someone at Amazon.com and let them know that the item they're describing is NOT the item they're sending me? I did send one email to them, but they never responded.
