Argh.... Adobe Premiere "damaged" my MP3 settings.....

OK, just installed Adobe 6.0 Premiere "Tryout" and now, when I want to capture something with VirtualDub and want to select the MP3 Audio compression, I can only select 56kbit/s. Can anyone tell me how I can reset this settings? Cuz I wanted to record videos with MP3 Format with 320kbit/s.
