My coworker lives in an apartment complex and gets a substantial amount of heat leakage from the neighboring units. It's not uncommon for him to have his A/C on when it's 45F outside. He doesn't need to turn his heat on until the outside temperature is in the 20s. When he moves out, he needs to send a 'thank you' note to his neighbors for saving him untold amount on his heating bills.
