ARG! Top and bottom of this monitor are fuzzy! What can I do!

Its a new Envision monitor. The top and bottom are fuzzy and hurts my eyes. I tried messing around with the rez. and refresh rate but I cant figure it out.

Any ideas?

Hmm... I'd say either you got a bad monitor probably because it is "out of focus" (from the handling?).
I had an NEC go bad this way and had to send it in for an RMA.
