I have a Abit 133 Kt7a mobo and a Duron 1.0Ghz I started it the first time and it booted just fine but when I entered the bios and set the speed at 1000Mhz it rebooted and froze. Ive tryed resetting Cmos but that didnt work. any other ideas?
 
Just an idea; when resetting BIOS with jumper , did you unplug the PS cable?
I remember having some issues regarding resets on Abit boards myself....
