Basically they f##k up, screw up method of payment or don't like my card or whatever (business account) and don't contact me...in fact they tell me my order is good and my laptop will arrive on the 13th. They don't call or email or contact me about their issue and so I have no idea that my laptop is not actually on its way. The day before I'm supposed to get it they decide to just cancel the order. Again no phone call or email, nothing. Its not untill today the day I'm supposed to have it that I see the order cancelled (Ive been checking in on their website).

And basically after 2 hours with chat and phone they refuse to help. They will not send me my laptop under any circumstance despite their mistake. They most definately wont send it to me this week when I need it, or for the price I origionally ordered it for (I had a coupon). It doesn't matter that I confirm my name address phone numbers email everything...doesn't matter if I use a different method of payment or even try to create a new account they won't help me.

@#$%^&*()!!!!

Im going to Japan next week...

RRRAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Ive been camping my phone and email all day every day for weeks because I'm selling some cars before I go. I KNOW they didn't call or email. It did not go into the spam folder it did not get deleted. And they failed to contact me twice. And then they refuse to fix their f##kup. I was polite and even apologized to the CS reps when I was done. I know its not their fault, but dang does their company suck a##.

I think they have permanently lost a customer, and they lost my reccomendation to family as well (my dad was going to make a purchase). Why they hell do companies refuse to do the right thing?

LAME.

I see...

Meh, I don't really care anymore.
I get paid to complain so Ive done all I need to do.
That and I've already found other "ways" to remedy the situation.
Also notice how I carefully structured each sentence to get progessively longer.

Ill survive. Here's a pretty picture:

I think you need to regulate your meds a little better, you are obviously still getting a bit of a roller-coaster.....

What happened to change your mind less than 12 hours after your original post?

I didn't really change my mind...
They fucked up, wasted my time, and ruined my chance of getting a decent laptop before I leave. I tried all the regualr methods to resolve the issue but I failed. Ive seen rage posts before, so in an attempt to emulate emotions I thought I would give it a try. I think I'm getting better at it, though unfortunately I can't use pound signs, asterisks, or exclamation points in real life. I certainly wouldn't mind if Dell suddenly decided to give me the laptop, but theres a very low chance of that happening. So I go without a laptop, I'll survive.

You should do a walstreetpro style video. Start your video by saying "here is my new laptop". As you can see its not a Dell. Oh, I tried to buy a DEll, but then they..." then start ranting in a Sam Kinison style voice. And then do what walstreetpro does in his videos. lol

I have a rule, every company gets 3 strikes. Every time they do something wrong you give them a strike, and when they get it right you remove one. Every company that reaches 3 is not worth time talking to any further and you never use them again.

Using this I have eliminated a multitude of truly awful companies quickly and efficiently and now interact only with organisations that get things right most of the time.

What you'll find is actually most companies that get it wrong do so in their first interaction with you, and will rack up the further strikes within hours. 95% of those that reach 2 strikes also reach 3, but I still think 3 is the right number despite the additional aggravation of one more attempt. It allows you to treat an interaction with a company you don't know as a test, to see if they were worth doing business with at all. By trailing them rather than committing to use them your mental state of expectation is lower and you are happy either way your experiment ends.

Works for me anyway.
