I hate dealing with shipping companies. UPS, USPS, FedEx, they ALL suck.

My laptop mobo was "supposed" to be here friday via fedex. It went "out for delivery" saturday (to a business address!?), then today both the express AND the fedex ground trucks have already come and gone. I called and the fedex rep told me that the driver must have forgotten to leave it, and to call back in 30 minutes after they contact him. I call back in 30 minutes and am told by a different rep that it's on a different truck that just isn't there yet.

So, they have THREE trucks that visit us during the day??

How large is the facility where you work? If the building is large enough, I would imagine it's not unusual for FedEx to visit more than one time in a day.

I just really really want to get my carputer setup. I have the gps, and gps software, I have the laptop, I have the webcam to use as a rear-view camera... All I'm waiting on is the mobo for the laptop

Not amazingly huge... usually it's all ups stuff. Fedex is maybe 15 packages a day..

It's still really just one day late so I'll say impatient. Remember, the more you want something the longer the shipping will take. Convince yourself that there's really no rush, and the FedEx guy will appear immediately.
