Aren't these Memory Benchmarks low?!

..on SiSoft Sandra 2001, I just got scores of:
Int ALU/RAM Bandwidth 353 MB/s
Float FPU/RAM Bandwidth 371 MB/s

This is on Win2k (just installed as dual boot), Athlon 1Gig, & Abit KT7-RAID mobo. The memory modules are:
Module 1: 128MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM Pc133U-333-542 (CL3 upto 133Mz)
Module 2: Enhanced Memory Systems 128 MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC133-U-222-542 (CL3 upto 143 Mz) (CL2 upto 133 Mz)
Module 3: Enhanced Memory Systems 128 MB 16x(8Mx8) SDRAM PC133-U-222-542 (CL3 upto 143 Mz) (CL2 upto 133 Mz)

I just installed a 256meg stick & I'm totally confused. The system is reading 512, but why does Module #3 say 128?

My opinion would be yes.

I just fired up SiSoft Sandra 2001, I just got scores of:
Int ALU/RAM Bandwidth 350 MB/s
Float FPU/RAM Bandwidth 380 MB/s

I am running Athlon 700 with the standard 100Mhz FSB.
1 stick of Micron 256 meg clk3 set at Clk2.

Have you tried to put the 256 meg in a different slot?

SiSoft Sandra sucks @ss.

You could have a P4 1.7 Ghz. with RDRAM and you still won't have a good benchmark. The program, also, is known to causes lots of BSOD's, system instability, and, as in your case, unreliable results!

I get around 500/600 on my 8KTA3@133, I almost cracked 700 when I went to 150.

And a P4 w/ RDRAM gets benchmark results that seem artificially high
