My latest creation is now ready for drinking and let me say this:

American Pale Ale, version 2.0

1# belgian malt, Special B
6# DME (Muntons)
1 cup Brown Sugar
2 tspn water salts
1/2 tspn Irish Moss
1 oz. Centennial Hops
1 oz. Fuggle Hops
1 oz. Kent Golding

Wyeast British Ale Yeast.

5.5 % alcohol by volume.
