Are your childhood records truely sealed up?

Are you childhood records like misbehavior in school, out of school etc. sealed up? I've always heard that they were, if this is true then I'm sad that I wasn't more of a delinquent.

Those records are a joke. The school is the only place that has them. They have no bearing on anything else in your life.

If you have a CRIMINAL Record that is sealed you need a court order to get them unsealed.

If you are trying to get TOP SECRET Clearence you need to disclose that so they don't find out on their own.

No one cares that you had detention in the 5th grade
