This is weird as hell. Yesterday, I set my alarm to get up at 9:00 in the morning. I woke up at 8:57. Last night, I set my alarm to get up at 7:30 this morning and I woke up at 7:27.

How the hell can my unconcious be that accurate?

It's that brain implant that the Greys inserted during your last anal probe. That chip had to travel a long way up. It's an Internal Colon !!! 900 with M&MXXX.

When I was in High School a bunch of us used to go Salmon fishing every fall. The river we fished regulated the number of fisherman so the DNR would draw tags at 5:00am which meant we had to be up around 3:30am. One of my friends would just say out loud what time he wanted to be up and then tug his left ear and sure as hell he would always wake up at that time.

Never failed on numerous fishing trips. Weird but true.

My mind is like that. If I set my alarm for 7:00 I will wake up a couple of minute before that. I also know what time it is when I have to be somewhere without looking at my watch. I am usually right on time for everything (except work, screw that).

I am the same way. I don't sleep with any clocks in the room cause they bother me(except for my watch which is beside my bed)... I like my room BLACK.. but have never woke up late for anything in my life... If you train yourself to do this, it is not hard.

It happens with me only when I set my clock for the routine time I wake up. If I want to wake up and hour earlier, I'll still wake up at that routine time.

That great line from Indiana Jones:

Yea, I'll usually wake up when I'm supposed to. Then decide I really don't need to be at that 8am class, roll over, and go back to sleep for another couple hours.

it's probably some strange radiation that occurs at around the same time you want to wake which causes you to think you're awake that early in the AM.

works just great if your daughter doesn't come in at 2:30 in the AM to tell you she's afraid of the dark, and it takes you til 4 to get back to sleep

I have two alarm clocks. One is underneath my desk where I have to actually get off my lazy ass to hit the snooze, and the other is on the other end of the room, where I also have to get even farther off my lazy ass to his snooze.

I'll sleep through anything.. but I haven't really tried the mental thing yet. Sometimes I do wake up early, but that almost never happens.

I haven't used an alarm clock since middle school. Every day I wake up at roughly the same time, 5:45 give or take 5 minutes. It's a bitch when I only went to sleep at 4, but I can't seem to reset my internal clock.

That happens to me sometimes but it'll only happen if I have something to look forward to the next day. If it's just another school day, I NEED that alarm clock. And since my sleeping patterns are so messed up, I usually need that alarm clock too. I never set it on the weekends though.

Yeah, I have got that too, although after waking up at the same time for a week or two I usually need a day or two to get my integrated alarm clock working right again. :)

It`s currently set at right before 6:30 AM, and I usually hear my parents wake up, go to the bathroom, and finally try to wake me up just to find out I´m already awake...

On the weekends I'm my own alarm clock. I tell myself don't get up before 1pm and sure enough...

Sure, lets allow our bodies to tell us when to awaken, during various stress levels which directly effect amount of sleep an internal clock requests, without even a BACKUP alarm clock under your bed or something...

LTK - Thats what IM talkin about... I stay up until probably 5-6am on the weekends and crash (generally on someone's floor :p) to awaken at 3-4 in the afternoon :)
