Are you using (or planning to use for next build) Optane for cache (or auto-tiering) a primary or secondary drive?

SIDE NOTES:

1.) This for a Home PC, not a server.

2.) AMD StoreMI is not available on X370, B350 or A320 chipset, only X470 and B450 chipsets.

3.) FuzeDrive now available for A320 chipset.

4.) Votes are changeable.

P.S. I was going to include Bcache for Linux (and auto-tiering a secondary drive with Windows 10) as options but I really don't know enough about these (yet).... However, if you are using one of these please mention in thread.

I use a 32GB Optane drive as the primary drive in my HTPC. Planning on doing something similar to another system, if (tinkering) funds allow.

Reason is twofold:

1) It's really difficult to find small really high performance drives. Even the lowly 32GB Optane drive has random 4K performance rivalling a 960EVO. Not bad considering the price difference, and most software tends to like that.
2) The system in question doesn't need anything beyond an OS drive. Bulk storage is handled separately. Its very nice to have a high performance drive when doing f.x. Windows updates, so they don't take too long. A 960/970EVO or 760p would be massive and expensive overkill for this sort of system, not to mention you need the higher capacity models to really take advantage of them.

What is the difference between StoreMI and FuzeDrive?

What is the difference between StoreMI and FuzeDrive?

I believe(at this time) they are the same thing (made by the same company Enmotus) with the exception of fast tier capacity (FuzeDrive Basic has 128GB fast tier and FuzeDrive Plus has 1TB fast tier while StoreMI has 256GB fast tier). Another difference is that support for StoreMI comes directly from AMD while FuzeDrive support comes directly from Enmotus---> http://www.enmotus.com/amd (see note on right side of linked webpage)

EDIT: Forgot to mention StoreMI is also free with any B450 or X470 board.

I currently use a 32 GB optane as swap by mapping my swap file to the optane. My primary drive is a 480 GB Sandusky Ultra II SSD (a planar TLC SATA drive).
