Anyone here crazy like me regarding proving their point and getting what u need no matter. Client gave me his business to ship $15000 boat engine from Canada to Delaware. Client had trust in me to get that engine to delaware in couple days and paid me upfront. I hired a broker at the border to clear it and trucking company to deliver it. I was told my engine in Springfield, MA and scheduled to be delivered to On Tuesday. Than by end of business I find out that tracking results inaccurate and shipment still in canada. Customs refused to let it pass through the border for very stupid reason that has no stand legally. I got run-around from inspectors to call one port to another. In order to get this through the border for my client I spent whole morning on the phone had to call customs headquarters in DC and finally got it resolved. I will do anything to prove I am right
