peon type: a person who is happy to work under a large company who will provide benefits and a steady, satisfactory salary with a chance for raises depending on how hard this person works...
owner type: a person who isn't happy working under someone else's rules, having their income being potentially bound by their stingy bosses, etc...you know what i mean...
basically would you rather be an owner of your own business or a peon (ie programmer for microsoft, oracle, etc).
