The new term covers cyber frustration over any number of virtual insults, including downloads taking longer than the life span of the average fruit fly, agonizingly slow-loading web pages, or sites that require bunches of intrusive, personal information before giving the user access to the information they went to the page for in the first place. Sound familiar to you? Research indicates that more than half of all Internet users experience "web frustration" on a weekly basis, and one out of ten report struggling with it daily. >>
