How the crap did you figure that out?
It's pretty obvious. n is next to m and u is next to i. N, m, u, and i are the only letters in 'nukes' and 'miles' that are typed with the right hand. Therefore if you move your right hand over, those will be the only affected letters.

I was going to say no, until I realized that the question asked about where I was born, not grew up. I was born in Portland, but never lived near there until the last 19 months.

No...more like 800 miles. Live in SC now...was born in NY (Long Island) and grew up in Connecticut (New Fairfield).
