What he said. Hot dogs consist of all the other stuff they couldn't sell in it's "pristine" state, as opposed to a rack of ribs or something.

But most of the time, these things aren't really cooked / or at least prepared like the way some of these "delicacies" are meant to be eaten. I really would have no problem eating whatever body part of an animal - but if it's not cooked right or whatever, you know it's not going to taste good or even decent so that's why I believe they run into problems. But OTOH, I would have problems eating live insects I think - unless offered more money (some money). The people that get past the 2nd round still don't get anything other than a chance at the 3rd. If I was offered like $1000 for eating stuff - I would take that then. (in addition to being allowed into the 3rd round.)

AFAIK, the curdled blood seems to be the worst they've had on there. Everything else is semi normal, if you have an imagination and realize that people eat some pretty weird sh!t in other countries.
