5' 9" & 139 lbs.
I also have probably much thicker proportions than you tooI got a pretty big barrel chest and my legs are really just all meat. I can't use 3 hands to encircle the widest part of my calf for example. Years of playing sports like soccer, swimming, baseball, football, and running gave me really massive legs for my size.
I'm 6'2" and about 177, it's a pretty good place. Could lose ten pounds and probably look/feel a bit better, but I wouldn't go lower than that.I'm 6' 2" and feel overweight at the target 175 lbs. I'm a pretty small-framed guy though, especially for my height. I've felt really good (energy-wise) when I've weighed around 145 lbs. I haven't weighed myself real recently, but I think I'm ~160 currently.
