Are you overweight?

Argh! Maybe weight should be the next banned subject at this forum, except of course the threads about guys who just lost weight. I mean, it seems like the subject of weight or overweight always pops up every week. 😉 😛

Anyway, I have to say this: I'm fascinated with how some people so try to justify their weights. It's usually: "Oh, no, I'm not overweight, but I'm not skinny either." Or "I'm not overweight. I'm just normal."

However the weight and height given or the picture given says a different story.

I'll end mine that way though: I'm not overweight . . . but I'm not underweight either. I'm just normal. I'm perfect in fact.

Here's the objective data so you can be the arbiter: I'm 6' 1" and 135 Lbs (2-5 Lbs less when off my time of the month, if that helps).

"I weigh 105lbs. So no. I am extremely underweight"

AunixM3, do you have the courtesy to give your height? If not, give your waist size. I don't think a 105 Lbs 5' guy for instance is underweight. Let's be the arbiter.

I am 5'8"

My waist? No clue. My guess would be 26 or 27, seeing as I need a belt with pants with a 28" waist.

Normal does not equate to being perfect? Or being perfect is normal? Im confused 😛.

I am honestly not sure of my height. I believe Im around 5'9ish about 145 pounds. Dont know my body fat %. Everyone's weight is distributed upon their bodies differently. Some people may look fat because they have a face with baby fat, or they make in fact be overweight when if their fat is on an unflattering area of their body. I believe my weight is evenly distributed though 😀.

Wow, now that is pretty skinny. I could tell you I am 5'7, 180 pounds and not overweight but it is hard to imagine after hearing these skiny guys weight ratios. Anyway, the bone mass porportion seems about right and people still say I have huge arms though I rarely list weights anymore.

I'm about 6' 255lb and only 17. I can't fit into my Doom shirt anymore so I had better do something about it.

Hey, you're an equivalent of my weight, AunixM3! That isn't bad if your weight is well distributed! If it isn't well distributed, then yeah you'll look sick. I remember Jumpr and Lawis'(?) pics. They looked sick! LMAO! 😛 (I look sick in some of my pics when I'm nervous or just caught off guard, otherwise I'm fine and look just fine.)

"Normal does not equate to being perfect? Or being perfect is normal? Im confused ."

Hey, Storm, I didn't say they were the same! Sometimes though, they are interchangeable. 😛 I said I was perfect to exaggerate my point. 😉

Share a pic. As I said, the only objective ways to know if someone is really fat or not is with specific measurements or a picture. 😉 You don't seem so sure of your weight and height, and we don't know if you lift weight. 😛

5' 9"/10", about 178lbs (mostly muscle) - I do have small lovehandles though 🙁 Before I started working out I was the same height, 143lbs. (I'm 22 now)
