No, I'm not a fatass to begin with. I kept up my health all through my life, so no need for quick fixes.

I'm on a low carb diet in a sense, I avoid sweets and bread. I still eat rice and noodles. I really just watch the fat and total calories. I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks (been on my diet for 3, just started weighing myself two weeks ago). I cut my daily caloric intake in half and upped the calories I burn per day by 500-700. It's a PITA measuring everything I eat, but it's been working for me so far.
