No I'm in amazing shape. I'd be in even better shape if I could train properly and I haven't half assed trained the past 7 months due to my injury (prolapse disc). I have an 8 pack but I'm not as lean as I was when I was 77Kg though. I'm 82Kg now a days. Took me a b!tching 9 months of stuffing myself and training to pack on 5.5kgs of mass, then I couldn't be bothered to eat the volumes and my weight drops down 2Kg's...it has sort of leveled off at 82Kg.

Koing

6" 176 lbs. Usually this is my ideal weight, but I haven't been able to work my upper body much this winter and have lost some muscle mass. So I look/feel a little porkier than I like to.

5'9'', 150lbs. Slightly overweight. I gained about 15lbs since turning vegan (from vegetarian) about 5 months. Hope to get back down to about 130.

100 lbs overweight; Morbidly obese.

Ideal Height/Weight ration: 6' 2" / 171 - 209 lbs

I'm not even close...

i might be considered obese by today's standards. i'm 6'2" and 210-215. i think the ideal weight for someone my height is 180?
