This THREAD made me think about people being luckier/unluckier than others.

Do you think you're luckier than the avg person? Why/Why not?

As for me, I DON'T KNOW. Am i financially better off than avg? yes. Was it due more to luck than hard work, i dont know.

In the long run everyone's luck is the same. It's what you do consistently to create and seize opportunities that differentiates one from another.

I would say my luck is better than the average person. All my friends call me lucky.

I haven't won the lottory or anything, but I think I'm pretty lucky.

last year, I got into a car accident... my car was messed up, but not only was I fine, the force of the impact actually fixed some back problems I'd been having for months that were preventing me from sleeping through the night without the use of sleeping pills.

I would have to say no..

I know no one cares but here is why...

tourney last night.. AA vs KQ vs QQ. I have AA. ONE card would make me lose, or two if you want to think about 2 kings coming out. Anyway...Q on the river..

QQ

Everyone here that's posting has better than average luck.

If they didn't they'd be living in rural SE Asia chasing roosters and growing rice.

I feel luckier when it comes to money, career and relationships.

I'm not so sure about the other aspects of my life though.

I remember reading or somebody telling me that we all should strive in the five spokes of life: improving ourselves spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially and mentally.
I know I can always keep working in a few of these things.
