i go out and see all these people together, or just in groups of girls, yet I come home alone. I'll probably die someday and my entire life will not be remembered as signifigant to anyone.

there are 6 billion people on the planet, more than half of them female. odds are good that there is a girl, somewhere, for you. you'll probably meet her when you least expect it.

Laff. Nah. I just broke up with my g/f on Friday night because I'm non-commital. I'd have felt bad if we kept this thing going on any longer because I'd have just been leading her on. It was pretty horrible listening to her cry for an hour and a half over the phone. We're on mutual terms now though. I can't settle yet...

Ya.

I'm moving out of town and a lot of my friends are moving even further away, so its bound to get worse.

there was an article the other day (did I see it posted here) about new research, showing that in the last several decades the size of peoples' social netowrks have become smaller. People have smaller groups of friends. Maybe loneliness is part and parcel of the way we live (large cities, too much work, constant distractions, etc)
