When you have paypal money in your account and you just feel the need to spend it even though you don't really need anything.
 
umm nope, I rarely use my paypal account...although I just made my first oversea's purchase with it.
 
Not at all. When I have money in paypal I feel a strong urge to put it into interest bearing accounts.
