Where did you get those screenshots from and what facts do you know about these individuals cases?

You are far too willing to take this at face value and then get defensive when someone points out that they aren't genuine.

I think the emails generally make everything clear enough for me.

And while we're at it, were those people banned from all their purchased Origin games over FORUM violations related to BF3 ever reinstated? Or was all that faked too?

I'm playing TOR as a single player game, get in, have fun, get done, get out in a couple of months. Not going to treat it as a long term MMO. Not a chance in hell. Because then I'll probably end up banned for cursing in guild chat with friends.

I used to think poorly of Sony for certain things but I'm rethinking my stance on that.

You seem to be missing the point entirely.

This isn't about believing me, it's about casting a critical eye over something that has been posted with no background story or context. I view something like this in the same way as when I read tabloid outrage stories - it's either missing crucial information or completely fabricated.
 
I remember you during beta and how you acted towards others on the forums anytime someone tried to disagree with you about PVP. Your posts were either locked/deleted which means you were reported [probably for being rude].

Honestly..I'm not surprised you were banned.

Alright, despite my better judgement, I'll play along.

Claim: Banned for swearing in tells!
Debunk: TOR Community manager sez, we don't care what you say in tells, party or guild chat UNLESS SOMEONE REPORTS YOU.

Claim: Banned for being in a high level zone while low level!
Debunk: Bans were for exploiting a PvP zone causing loot containers to instantly respawn.

Claim: Banned for using the AH too much!
Debunk: Poster (notafanboy on TOR forums) was called out as a troll by moderators who confirmed he was lying about his status. Seriously? This one was a blatantly bad photoshop.

Claim: OMG they banned me and held my credit card hostage!
Debunk: This is really the most laughable one. Guess how you delete your credit card from the game? By clicking the "Show your payment history" button CLEARLY VISIBLE IN THE PICTURE.

You guys are pretty sad if you fell for those.
