Are you in good physical form(shape)

So how many of us here are in good physical form(shape)?

can you run a mile with out having to stop 10 times or can you go up and down stairs 20 times without having to rest etc.

run a mile without stopping? yup. but i still don't think i'm in shape.

I rode my bike several miles around Central Park today. But I don't think I'm "in shape." Give me a few more weeks of bike riding.

considering i probably an 5 miles with the boys and the dog today, not to mention we went downtown and did the pikeplace market and waterfront. did the pikeplace climb 4 times today. i would say yes i am in shape. can i stand to be in better shape, yes to that too.

In great shape muscle-wise. Cardio-wise, I've been better, I was just out running and my 2-mile time was 15.5 minutes. Pretty weak. Only ran twice all winter though, and I've been running almost every day now. I'll have my 3 mile time under 20 minutes in a few weeks.
 

I suppose so! But according to my sis, a fitness trainer, I'm not so fit . . . just lanky. LOL! I walk when I can. That's enough for me. I don't have to be toned or muscular to be in "physical form". And I feel like I am in shape even if I can't go up and down the stairs 20 times. :eek:

I can jog 3 miles with out stoping in between, and can't say that I'm in the best shap. However this weekend a beautiful 23 year old college girl complemented me on my look. She couldn't be leave me that I'm older than 25....when I told her that I'm 35.

Cardio-wise, not so much, due to problems when I was younger, but physically I'm in good shape, I can't stand not being in good shape...although my midsection's a little bigger than I'd like right now. (not fat or anything, I'm a skinny little mofo, but just a little "thicker" than usual) I haven't been to the gym in 2-3 weeks due to finals and whatnot, but now that I'm home, I bought 40 more pounds for my bench and an inclined situp bench. Should be good.
