Are you getting enough sleep? *POLL*

sure, i get plenty of sleep.

It's 12:30 right now and I'll be up by 6:45 because I need to be in class by 8, that gives me a whopping errr..... damnit...
 
I usually get 8-10 hours/night.

I go to bed early enough so that I can sleep until I wake up naturally. my alarm is set just in case, but I almost always wake up hours before my alarm is set to go off.
 
I sleep less than 3 hours a night lately. Ive been sick/have LOTS of homework to do, and I always start it in advance 🙁

School is killing me. The chairs suck, ever since ive started school my back has been hurting A LOT. no excercise, just sit and listen. God damn it. Cant wait to get a job.

Im wasting my money cause of school :bitchy;
 
Oops I voted the first one, but I meant the second one. I usually get like 4 to 4.5 hours of sleep a night.

im in a similar situation...i get about 4.5 hours per night 🙁
damn school and their damn homework...dammit
 
8 hours? LOL, that's 1/3 of your life. I hope those dreams are sweet.

I'm happy if I get 3~4. These last few days I have averaged that but over a series of hour catnaps.

Meh...I can run on 3-4 hours of sleep (and that's what I did for most of high school), but I certainly don't like to, especially over extended periods of time. It's almost as if you're implying that sleeping for eight hours is time wasted.....? 😕
 
Yeah, I can go off of 4 hours of sleep or so for short periods of time, but if I have to do it for longer than a few days consecutively I start to wear down. 7 hours/night is perfect for me. If I get 9 I'm groggy for the day, if I get 6 I'll fall asleep in the afternoon.
 
i went through my last year of college on 20 hours of sleep a week. not worth it.
you're awake sure, but it is hardly quality time.
 
Usually 6-8 hours/day, but right now I got this nasty Cold/Flu where I spend hours in bed just shivering. I hate disease!!
 
i get a bit over 6 on average. definately not enough. but it's difficult for me to get to sleep early. and I can't sleep in unless you throw me in a windowless room
 
usually 5 or 6 per night. i can't go to sleep until 2 or 3 because the sooner i go to bed, the sooner i have to wake up and go to work. 🙁
 
I don't get enough sleep. It's kind of my fault. I spend so much time between school and work that I end up cutting sleep hours just so I have some free time.
