Definitely. I don't really know anyone in this city, so no parties to hit, plus I was just back home for Christmas and did nothing but go out and eat/drink, so happy to just chill out with a couple of beers of at home and play some games.

Ehh, I dunno, I might take my woman to the local gastropub or coal oven pizza place, they will have some sort of celebratory event amongst other people.

it's in the negative temps here and my wife and I are too old for the dumb s**t so even if it was warmer I don't think we would go out... I'll prolly be in bed by 11. It's really just Thursday to me is all, nothing special. A calendar doesn't change anything... I'll celebrate when spring gets here and it's warm enough to go out.

I'm going out with a group of friends and a costly reservation has already been made for me but honestly I would have preferred to stay home. Obnoxious people drinking, inconvenience and cost of getting rides, DUI checkpoints, expensive drinks and food, hangover risk. Hopefully a night out with friends beats the odds of it being ruined by anything I mentioned above.

That is why I hardly ever shoot my gun. They don't show you the hour spent cleaning the guns after firing off a few rounds on TV

Beat a round of Civ:BE. The patch made a lot of good changes. I'd recommend checking it out now.
