I've tried that. Got really bad service from my hairdresser, auto mechanics, kids' bus driver, kids' teachers, newspaper guys, delivery drivers, the guy who fixes stuff at my apartment, regular pizza driver, etc etc

I'll spend the $$ to get better service. Nothing holiday spirit about it, just a yearly business transaction. Except for the kids' bus driver and sometimes the teachers.
