are you comfortable calling in sick to work?

I have been sick the past couple of days. I left early today, but have yet to call in. The general thinking around my place of work is that you should at least try coming in. No one will give you any hassle about leaving if you are sick.

I do it when I have to.

I've only used 1 sick day this year and it was when my car got towed.

funny enough, my place of work gives me 6 six days @ 100% pay which they kinda expect you to use. dumbest thing ever, i know. not that i'm complaining, but i find it a bit odd. *shrugs*

Never have. Although I have come in late for a doctor's appt that I could not schedule outside of work hours.

Haven't been sick since sometime in my junior year of HS, at least, not with anything that kept me home. Haven't called in sick to a job yet.
