Come on - grow up, the election is over and you didn't really have that much to do with it
so why do you think that it's your job to 'Rub it In' ?

Oh, More people voted for Bush than ever before . . .

Yeah, but more people voted AGAINST Bush than ever before.

Bush got 51 % of the vote.

Kerry got 48 % and 'Other' got 1%

And another 40% of the registered voters didn't even bother - again.

The Cities that people actually live in and around, where people exchange ideas
and learn things and have cultural events went overwhelmingly with Kerry.

The rural communities, where home schooling and Bible teaching are the norm,
where going to church 3 or more time a week overwhelmingly went for bush.
We don't like no 'Gays', 'Liberals' or any other 'City-Slickers' around these here parts.
It interferes with us getting our sheep 'Boot-Broke' and distracts from the tractor pulls.

Enough with the gloating and mocking already, grow up and prove to America
that you have the intelligence and fortitude to face the challenges that are forthcoming.

Just remember - when your 'Team' wins the Big Game, either by a home run or a touchdown,
sitting at home watching it on TV dosen't mean that it was your action that made it happen.

Flame on, flame on . . . .

I live in such an area, but can do the same even though I'm a conservative. I don't know what being a Liberal voter would have to do with it.

His post has severe racist overtones to it and stereotypical jabs as well. Basically a " Hate " speech. And that's to bad and is sad in my view. I believe P&N forum is better than that.

Didn't your mother ever tell you not to generalize? Or your university professor? You must get over your self-righteous nature. We are not all hicks, do not all inbreed and some of us live near big cities and still vote republican. MAYBE if the Democratic Party would offer someone with a sound plan, dedication, vision, conviction I would consider them. You need to stop using this arguments it just shows how uneducated you are.

Let me just say that IF Kerry won I would have been disappointed but I wouldn't be going on about like everyone on the left is. You won't die with Bush in office, there won't be a draft and you won't be required to go to church. Don't worry - life goes on, get over it.

CaptnKirk, you really need to step back from the monitor a bit...

As a short reality check, you need to stop by Billy Bob's tonight, drink a few beers and then casually mention exactly what you posted to about a dozen people.

I'll make a special visit to you @ John Peter Smith Hospital in the ICU & hold the milkshake for you so you can drink it through your wired shut jaw...

I'll be done with my (targeted) gloating when specific bigoted/tinfoiled individuals (such as yourself) stop with their unreasonable and idiotic posts. (like Bush stole another one or bumpkins run america). In otherwords, probably not for 4 years.

For example, Kirk, you are a complete moron and bigot with your generalizations against rural america and home schooling. Does it just piss you off that every single home schooled kid out there is just so much more intelligent than those that are churned out of your socialist brainwash factories?

Your hatred for those that those that don't fall in line with your standards makes you no different than a Grand Wizard. Because if someone had posted this (which is completely racist and intolerable and is for example only), they'd have been banned:

The urban communities, where dropouts and welfare moms are the norm,
where going to the crack house line 3 or more time a week overwhelmingly went for Kerry.
We don't like no 'Bloods', "LK's or any other "gangs" around these here parts.
It interferes with us getting AIDS from Hypos and distracts from the pimping and colt 45 drinking.

BANNED!

Wait a minute here, the OP who I like BTW, just posted that Bush supporters fvck sheep & started a pre-emptive thread ranting about how he's tired of the gloating. I'm even wading into the threads the OP is ranting about, asking members to stop the lecturing...

Unless FelixDeKat posted something one hell of a lot worse that the mod edited out, he doesn't deserve to be banned for his post.

He wasn't banned for just that post, he was banned for the culmination of posts which were nothing but trolls.

From now on if you have a question regarding our actions take it to PM's

Felix has been warned to stop with the nefs/trolling. He probably should have listened.

Even though I live outside the second largest city in Georgia, it's still rural and this statement is an indirect ad homenum attack. No problem though. It's out of touch with reality.

It's actually a glaring flame post about blatant class bias.

I actually have a gay proctologist, it's more than a little wierd. Anyone that lives in the DFW area & needs one of the best GI doctors I've ever met, send me a PM & I'll hook you up:D

I"m not a homophobe, but the thought of that makes me feel a bit creepy. Kind of like a male sex offender taking on the role of gynecologist.

However, I am glad that you have found a great doctor. :)

Orange County Florida went to Kerry. Imagine that. Podunk Orlando and the surrounding hick towns voted for Kerry. He obviously gets his own special share of inbreds. Maybe it was all his kind commentary about Disney? ;)

I'm not saying no one gloated around here, but its not as bad as people are making it out to be. Its like any pro Bush post is now automatically labled a gloat.

Being happy Bush won != Gloating
Being a republican != Gloating.
Being a conservative != Gloating.
Being happy or optimistic about the economy != Gloating
Telling Liberals/Democrats to get over it already != Gloating

I wish the Kerry supporters would quit trying to devalue the votes of any area that didnt go Kerrys way
The Cities that people actually live in and around, where people exchange ideas
and learn things and have cultural events went overwhelmingly with Kerry.
statements like that are about as naive as you can get.
