I saw Jay cutler at a bodybuilding show last year in Tallahassee. Nice guy but didn't seem too bright. He might have been tired, don't know. I'm not sure why he's slightly orange either

Weight is meaningless. If you simply follow weight charts, you'll end up looking like a crack addict. It is inches that count.
Thank you, I was about to say that those ideal weight chart type things are crap too.
I'm about 5'6" and 175 myself but I'd like to weigh more.

110% correct. I think for my height of 6'3" I should be 195 +/- 10 lbs or something to be ideal. I'm an ex high school tight end/defensive end so I hit the gym quite a bit and still do, much like Amused it seems.

6'3" @ around 250lbs.. can get up to about 260 tho when I don't do as much cardio or go on a cheeseburger binge :)

34-36" waist.
49" chest, might be 50 now, haven't checked in a awhile and I've been lifting.
20" arms.
11-14% body fat depending on the test I used .. although this is probably not accurate, I've never had a doctor do it, only used those estimation formulas.

I'm 273 with 23% BF. I'm definately overweight but you can't really tell. All my flub is around my stomach and waist... my arms and legs are really cut. Anyways, i'm dieting to get down to around 260 by the end of the month, then 250 by the end of next. Depending how it goes my goal is to have abs showing by the end of Feb and a 6 pack by the mid-spring

No, but I've lost 30 pounds in the last two months, and started running and weight-training. I have 35 pounds to go before I hit my personal target weight.

Good luck with the 6 pack, how do you plan on going about it? The only bit of fat I have on my body is a thin layer right on top of my stomach/abs/love handles area .. just can't get rid of it all to expose the 6 pack and that's what I'd like to do as well. My abs are strong enough, I know that.. just wondering if there's anything specific you're going to try .. I suppose I should just not eat the cheeseburgers I do 2 or 3 times a week.

Is it just me or did anyone else picture something just a little different.

Oh, and like quite a few others who sit on their asses in front of a computer all day, I could stand to lose a few pounds.
OK, so 50 is more than a few.

Run it off. That's about the only way you're going to burn that last little bit. It's the only thing that works for me. You need to run 4-5 miles, 4-5 days a week and keep increasing the intensity (speed) as you go. Run a set course and try to beat your times each week.

I'm at 6'5" 260lbs. That probably sounds bad, but as mentioned those "ideal weights" don't really apply here. I may not be "cut" (except my legs), but the only "bad" area is my midsection. I could probably stand to lose about 20lbs. I was around 235lbs a couple years back after I had my tonsils removed...a couple weeks without eating solid food is one helluva diet ;).

I'm 193 @ 6'1 right now. I want to get down to 180-185. Amazingly, I look my ideal right now, but I have those little love handles I want to get rid of  . I lost 3lbs since christmas, so I'm on track.

Hey geekbabe, do I look a little chunky in this Pic?

5'6", 135lbs, 26" waist, 39" chest, 14.5" arms...i'm not a very big boy
as of right now I wouldn't mind putting on 10 more pounds of lean body mass.

26 waist? Holly molly man, you need to bring that up to at least 30. I think 32 inch waist is the normal for a man.

So does 8" mean I'm overweight?

I'm 5'5" and around 158lbs and I'm pretty happy where I am right now.
I go to the gym regulary 6 days a week so I'm pretty fit.
