Weight is meaningless. If you simply follow weight charts, you'll end up looking like a crack addict. It is inches that count.
110% correct. I think for my height of 6'3" I should be 195 +/- 10 lbs or something to be ideal. I'm an ex high school tight end/defensive end so I hit the gym quite a bit and still do, much like Amused it seems.
6'3" @ around 250lbs.. can get up to about 260 tho when I don't do as much cardio or go on a cheeseburger binge
34-36" waist.
49" chest, might be 50 now, haven't checked in a awhile and I've been lifting.
20" arms.
11-14% body fat depending on the test I used .. although this is probably not accurate, I've never had a doctor do it, only used those estimation formulas.
