6" 196 lbs.

Sound fat?

32" waist
47" chest
18" arms
15% body fat

Weight is meaningless. If you simply follow weight charts, you'll end up looking like a crack addict. It is inches that count.

Nice man, nice.. that's exactly how I want to turn out :D

I'm 6'1" but am 210lbs, almost 205 now. I have a 36-38 waist but am working that down to a 34 hopefully in 4-6 months.

I'm overweight by about 20 pounds. For my built, I'd actually be ok weight wise if it were from muscle mass and not fat.

I'm a bit under. I'd like to gain about 10 pounds this spring if possible.

I'm about 30lbs over. Working on it, though. Joined a gym, and have attended 5 days a week since I joined 2 weeks ago. :)

Just need to get back into the gym. I've been slacking for 2 weeks :(

Well, to be honest, I'm probably closer to 20% bodyfat right now with the holidays just passing and having a cold+ ear infection keeping me from doing cardio. My jeans are a little tighter right now. But that goes away quickly when I start up with the cardio again and no longer have all those holiday goodies to munch on. :)

I workout a lot though. I'm trying to get up to about 195 in my bulking up phase before I cut all this extra fat/weight back down to about 185/180.

I hope this is not your mental picture of me :Q

I just knew that pic would get posted. NASTY!

@57, 6', 230#, 37" waist. I walk a brisk 5 miles every day. Extended hikes twice a month.

EDIT: To the question, NO, I could stand to lose 30 lbs. My GF at 5'6"110# leaves me way
behind in the hills when we are at high ellivation, over 4000'....

I'm 35 pounds over my "ideal" weight, but it's muscle, so I'm very fit for my age and height.
