Okay, here's the deal.

I bought an AIW Radeon from Best Buy that comes with mail-in rebate. I think the rebate is worth $15 or $30 -- I can't recall.

Anyways, this rebate requires the UPC from the box (all mail-in rebates usually require this). Now, for some strange reason, I think my AIW Radeon is the most beautiful graphics card I have ever owned. It's certainly the most powerful one I've ever owned.

Now, here's the anal part -- I think my AIW Radeon is so beautiful it would actually bother me to cut out the UPC code from the box to get the rebate! I think I developed this "analness" because of my past as a comic book collector. When I collected comics, every comic had to be in "mint condition" or it would annoy me.

Am I strange?

Nah, I think its kinda normal. When I was younger, I tend to treasure most new stuff that I got for Christmas, because we could not afford much. I'd even keep the gift wrappers.
