Are you an organ donor?

Yes, I'm a donor. I think that the medics mis-triaging organ donors is unfounded, personally and I have no fear of that. And besides, even if it was true, if I was so badly wounded that they'd skip me over solely because I'm a donor, then I think I wouldn't care to live with whatever major disabilities I'm sure to have.

 
Yes, but considering reversing my decision, as people continue to give convincing evidence that the human race isn't worth saving.
 
No, I think organs should be bought and sold freely on the free market. If someone wants my organs they ought to pay for them.

Yep. I'm being cremated anyway, why waste them if someone can use them. What I would really like to find out though is how to donate your face for a face transplant. Although, I'm one ugly ass bastard so that may just be really mean.

I am not one yet but thinking about signing up for one. But this dilemma always stops me.

Yes, I would like to save someone's life when I am dieing. But if I could be saved and they did not save me b/c they could harvest me, then I would hate that.

who knows...any advice. btw, i am only 24 right now (and I dont drink or smoke 🙂 )

lets see:
A pair of lungs = 1 life
Liver = 1 Life
Heart = 1 Life
2 Kidneys = 2 Lifes
A pair of life = Can give vision to 2 people (1 eye ea pls)
What else am i missing ?? Legs, hands ??

EDIT: What about Bone marrow ? Blood ? Can they use that also ??


Also, you can donate your body to the Medical Schools for further research etc etc.

So you can save 5 lifes and improve 2 additional lifes and maybe the remaining part of your body can be used to improve the life of future generations.
